Combination Bits offer simultaneous interaction of the mouthpiece, curb strap and noseband. When rein pressure is applied or released, the bit automatically disperses or releases the pressure to the horse's mouth, chin, nose and poll. This offers succinct and effective, yet very humane communication using less pressure than needed with a traditional bit. The noseband of this bit is covered in rawhide and the mouthpiece is made of polished Sweet Iron which naturally oxidizes or rusts, is harmless to horses, and has a sweet taste. Copper Inlay in the mouthpiece promotes salivation.
