Return Policy
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund.
    [Exception: Used Saddles on consignment are allowed 7 days for a trial fitting.
    Return shipment must be made on or before the 8th day.]
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee if there is need for cleaning or extra handling to return the item to stock.
  • All items must be in the same condition as received. Saddles: New saddles must look new and used saddles must be in the same condition as received to be returned. Please return items in their original packaging/containers.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
