US Shipping, Handling and Packaging Charges

Free shipping is available for orders valued at $75.00 and over and shipped via our standard shipping methods within the US.

Standard shipping methods are US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground Residential.  We ship in-store items within 2 business days.  Available items that need to be ordered may add several business days.  Customer Service will email you a tracking number when the package is shipped.

Please note that Standard Delivery will be left at your doorstep.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages when they have been marked as delivered per the delivery tracking number.  You can upgrade your shipping method or change the address if you have concerns about package safety.

Expedited shipping is available.  Please email us at contact@whitehorsetack.com or call Customer Service at (888) 434-1711 to get an estimate for expedited service with a quaranteed delivery time.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order can have only one shipping address.  To send to multiple shipping addresses, create an order for each.

Additional Shipping Charges

 Saddles and other oversize or extra heavy packages are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.  These charges will be based on actual shipping rates rather than the value of the purchase.  Customer Service will contact you to provide a shipping quote before your order is shipped.

International Shipping

Customer Service will contact you within 3 business days after your order is placed to provide a shipping quote before your order is shipped.  The customer is responsible for related customs costs and duties.

International packages can take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered

Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund. [Exception: Used Saddles on consignment are allowed 7 days for a trial fitting.  Return shipment must be made on or before the 8th day.]

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee if there is need for cleaning or extra handling to return the item to stock.

All items must be in the same condition as received.  Saddles: New saddles must look new and used saddles must be in the same condition as received to be returned.  Please return items in their original packaging / containers.

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
